1. Services

Sunbeam Solar & Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd (“SBSE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides solar energy systems, electrical installations, maintenance services, consulting and related products.

All services are subject to site inspection, technical feasibility, regulatory approvals and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse service where safety, compliance or payment risks exist.


2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change due to supplier pricing, availability, site conditions or government incentive changes.

  • Final pricing may vary if additional works are required after site inspection.

  • Any pricing variation will be communicated and approved before proceeding.


3. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure equipment or confirm installation.

  • Full payment must be made as per invoice terms.

  • Late payments may incur administrative fees or service suspension.

  • Ownership of supplied equipment remains with SBSE until full payment is received.


4. Rebates, Incentives and Certificates

  • Rebates, Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), feed-in tariffs and government incentives are subject to eligibility and regulatory approval.

  • SBSE does not guarantee rebate approval or final rebate value.

  • Customers authorise SBSE to lodge rebate and certificate documentation on their behalf.


5. Installation and Scheduling

  • Installation dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, supply delays, network approvals or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide safe access to the site.

  • SBSE is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or site conditions.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate site information and approvals.

  • Ensure property access and safety compliance.

  • Obtain landlord or strata approvals where required.

  • Maintain installed systems according to manufacturer guidelines.


7. Warranties

  • Product warranties are provided by manufacturers.

  • Installation workmanship warranty is provided by SBSE as stated in your agreement or invoice.

  • Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorised modifications, external damage or natural events.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once equipment is ordered or labour scheduled.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SBSE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

  • Liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of services provided.

  • Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials are owned by SBSE unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.


11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint:

  2. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

  3. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to senior management.

  4. External dispute resolution options may apply.


13. Force Majeure

SBSE is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including weather events, supply shortages, government restrictions or utility delays.


14. Third-Party Services

SBSE may engage contractors or suppliers to deliver services. Compliance and quality obligations remain in accordance with applicable laws.


15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.


16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates become effective once published on this website.


17. Governing Law
